Mrs. Cohen operates a successful business since 2002 with countless procedures to her credit. She relocated to Cary, North Carolina with her family in 2006. Eyeliner

Eyeliner: (Before procedure)  Eyes are your "window to the world".  Everyone wants thicker lashes without having to wear heavy mascara all the time.  A lash enhancement or eyeliner can help create that look naturally.

    Nice process there. It looks good. For sure, those who have taken their cosmetology school online should be able to apply this same kind or procedures properly for their future clients.
